Delete your data

You can remove what PostMind holds about you at any time. Which steps apply depends on what you want gone.

Your whole PostMind account

  1. Log in and open Settings → Account.
  2. Under "Danger zone", choose Delete account and type your email address to confirm.
  3. Your brands, content, contacts, audits and connected social accounts are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Only a connected Instagram or Facebook account

  1. Log in and open Settings → Connected accounts, then choose Disconnect. The stored access token is revoked.
  2. Or remove PostMind from your Facebook or Instagram settings under Apps and Websites; Meta then sends us a deletion request and you receive a confirmation code that links back to this page.

If you cannot log in

Email us from the address on the account and we will verify it and delete the data within 30 days.
